I love how #21 is modeling that outfit- Lilly would so wear that, so I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the photo. Like you, Lilly loves skirts (that's all she wears), but she prefers flats to boots. Like jeans, boots are something I have never seen her wear.
Moi, I prefer pants, nice tops, and flats or heels, just like a certain person the Human knows. ;)
