I hope everyone had a wonderful Mardi Gras this past Tuesday, filled with lots of king cakes, dancing, and all-around fun. I still wasn't able to get to a Mardi Gras party this year, but Nathalie and I dressed up in festive clothing, draped some beads around ourselves, and showed some national spirit. :)
Maybe someday I'll get to go to a real party because I haven't since leaving home.

Well, your Mardi Gras was better than mine. I was in school! And I live in Louisiana. They had to make up days after the last hurricane, so our Mardi Gras holiday got scrapped.
I love your picture. We did nothing for Mardi Gras. Plus, Miss B. refuses to let me take my braid out. I am SO OVER IT. Nathalie looks cute with her hair styled like that!
